You can use our FAQ page to answer questions commonly asked about our business and jewelry items. Of course you can contact us directly via e-mail, phone, or fax.

Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, Beaded Blessings offers several guarantees. First, is the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you may return it for modifications or a full value exchange within 30 days. We do not offer monetary refunds. Second, is the WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE. If your handcrafted jewelry item needs repair for workmanship or defective parts within ONE YEAR of purchase we will repair it for FREE! I take great care to select high quality materials and personally create and design your jewelry items. However, jewelry in general may need repair from time to time. I'm happy to stand behind my work! Finally, is the RESIZING GUARANTEE. If your jewelry item does not fit (please measure carefully!) I will resize your item for FREE! I want you to be completely satisfied! For all returns just return the product in good condition with a copy of the invoice and a brief note. We are not responsible for returns lost during shipping. What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's no problem, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. We do not share any information gathered through this website, or any other means, other than information needed to process transactions, with any outside party. What about the sizing of the jewelry?

Bracelets are custom made to fit and it is VERY important to measure your wrist size carefully. Take a tape measure and wrap around your wrist near wrist bone area where you will wear bracelet. Get measurement and add 1 inch. This is your bracelet size. You can also measure another bracelet that fits you. For gifts it has been my experience that 7.25" is extra small, 7.5" is small, 7.75" is medium, 8" is large, and 8.25" is extra large. Average person would be 7.5"+-. Please measure carefully. Don't worry if the item does not fit just right! I will resize your bracelet for FREE as part of the resizing guarantee! Contact Wendy.

Q	What are the crystals for each birth month?

How do I care for my jewelry?

Jewelry items are made of quality materials and are made to last. However, special care is required for your jewelry. Try not to wear your handcrafted items while doing housework, cleaning, swiming, bathing, etc. Cleaning chemicals, pool chemicals, and many other substances can and will harm your jewelry. So try to avoid them. You should use a special jewelry cloth to clean and polish your jewelry. Silver will tarnish from oxidation so try to store your items in an air tight case. Tarnish will not damage the silver and can be removed with a special polishing cloth. Periodic cleaning will help prevent tarnish and keep your jewelry looking great. Polishing cloths may be purchased from Beaded Blessings. Don't use silver cleaners or dips on the jewelry. It may damage the silver, crystals, and/or gemstones. Contact us.

Q	How long does it take to get my order?
A	All orders are shipped as soon as possible via USPS, usually within 48 hours of payment verification. All jewelry orders are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation so we know when your package is delivered. When ordering online you have several USPS shipping options for rush delivery service.

Q	What if I want to order a unique special item or the custom selections that I want are not listed on your website?
A	No problem! Just contact me anytime for more information and help with your design. If needed I can email jewelry pictures to you during the design process so you can see your custom jewelry before it is shipped. Contact Wendy.

Q	What is the quality of the jewelry and the jewelry materials?
A	I take great care to select only the highest quality materials. I use Sterling Silver, Bali Sterling Silver, 14K gold filled beads, Swarovski Crystals, precious Gemstones, & other quality components. I don't want to design and create junk! I don't like junk and I know that you don't either.

What kind of jewelry items do you design?

Beaded Blessings designs and creates personalized gifts, keepsakes, and heirloom jewelry items. Most items fall into several catagories: bracelets, watches, rings, and earrings. Other items include necklaces, keychains, bookbeads, and one-of-a-kind items. If you can't find an item your looking for or it's a special request just contact me for assistance. I'm here to help you create and design your jewelry for that special occasion, new outfit, keepsake, or special gift. I'm currently working on several new jewelry designs to be released soon. Q	Do you do home shows?
A	Yes, I do homes shows, box shows, office parties, fundraisers, and showings by appointmemnt. Other events include craft shows, festivals, and ladies night out happenings. There is a great opportunity to get FREE custom jewelry with several of these showings.
